Description of the
ADVATx is a dermatological laser system that first provides the 589 nm dye laser wavelength using modern solid-state and diode laser technology.
In contrast to traditional dye lasers, ADVATx operates without dyes, consumables, or complex maintenance processes, which ensures high operational reliability and cost-effectiveness.
The 589 nm wavelength exhibits selective absorption by haemoglobin and epidermal melanin, making it suitable for treating vascular lesions, inflammatory dermatoses such as acne and rosacea, and pigmented lesions including melasma.
The additional 1319 nm wavelength penetrates deeper into the dermis, enabling controlled thermal stimulation of dermal structures. It is used to treat scars, skin laxity, and wrinkles, and supports structural skin improvement.
Through the combined application of both wavelengths, ADVATx presents a versatile, cross-indication laser system with high clinical efficacy, good treatment comfort, and minimal downtime.

Technology & active principle
The combination of 589 nm and 1319 nm enables indication-specific treatment of various skin structures at different tissue depths.
The 589 nm wavelength corresponds to the clinically established dye laser wavelength and is selectively absorbed by haemoglobin and epidermal melanin. It is particularly suitable for treating vascular skin lesions, inflammatory processes, and pigmented lesions, such as those occurring with rosacea, acne, and hyperpigmentations, among others.
The 1319 nm wavelength penetrates deeper into the dermis and primarily acts on water-containing structures. This achieves controlled thermal stimulation of the dermal tissue, which promotes the regeneration of collagen and elastin, leading to improved skin texture, firmness, and pore size.
The combined application of both wavelengths allows both superficial and deeper skin layers to be addressed in a single treatment.
