Technology & active principle
Doublo Gold works with micro- and macro-focused ultrasound (MFU/HIFU), an established technology for non-invasive skin tightening. High-energy ultrasound energy is concentrated and delivered precisely to defined skin and tissue depths without injuring the epidermis.
Precise thermal coagulation zones are created in the target tissue, triggering controlled heating. This process stimulates the body's own wound healing and regeneration cascade, leading to sustained activation of collagen and elastin synthesis. At the same time, tightening of the tissue structures is supported, particularly in the area of the dermis and – depending on the depth of penetration – also in deeper support structures such as the SMAS.
The treatment can be individually adapted to the anatomical region and the specific treatment goal through different applicators and depth options. The result is a visible improvement in skin firmness, contour definition, and tissue structure – with high safety and minimal downtime.
