MultiFRAX was developed by Dr. Nikolai Tankovich, an internationally renowned expert in medical laser systems and co-inventor of Fraxel fractional technology.

Technology & active principle

MultiFRAX works with fractional laser energy, which is applied in a controlled manner in microscopically small thermal zones within the skin.
This leaves surrounding skin areas intact and supports rapid regeneration.
The 1550-nm wavelength primarily acts in the dermis, stimulating collagen and elastin new formation there.
The 1927 nm wavelength primarily targets epidermal structures and is suitable for treating pigment changes, acne, and skin texture irregularities.
Both wavelengths can be used separately or simultaneously to target different skin layers within a single session.
The precise control of energy, density, and penetration depth allows for individual adaptation to skin type and indication.
