SynerJet is an advanced micro-jetting system for needle-free transdermal drug delivery in medical aesthetics.
The system combines micro-jetting, electroporation and plasma technology within an integrated treatment concept, thus enabling particularly efficient and controlled active ingredient absorption.
Unlike conventional injections, application takes place without needles. Ultra-fine liquid jets transport active ingredients with high pressure and great speed precisely into defined skin depths, while electroporation and plasma selectively increase skin permeability. This significantly improves the uptake of active substances without unnecessarily traumatising the tissue.

The aim is the standardised and reproducible delivery of active ingredients into defined skin layers with minimal tissue trauma.
Micro-jet technology creates ultra-fine, high-speed liquid jets that create microscopic access routes into the skin without needles. The penetration depth, applied volume, and pulse frequency are precisely adjustable, enabling application tailored to the specific indication.
Electroporation leads to a temporary increase in cell membrane permeability and supports the intradermal uptake of the applied substances.
