Description of the
Ultra Vera™ is a state-of-the-art HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) system for non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation and functional tightening of vaginal tissue.
Precise focused ultrasound energy generates thermal coagulation points at exactly defined tissue depths of 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.5 mm.
The result is a significant tightening of the vaginal walls, improved tissue elasticity, and functional stabilisation of the pelvic floor. Ultra Vera is particularly suitable for moderate vaginal laxity, vaginal dryness, and for reducing stress urinary incontinence.
The treatment is entirely non-invasive – without incisions, without bleeding, without anaesthesia, and without downtime. The upper mucosal layer remains largely unaffected, while the energy acts precisely at the desired depths.
With a treatment duration of only approx. 20–30 minutes, Ultra Vera can be efficiently integrated into existing practice or studio workflows. Depending on the indication, 1–3 sessions are recommended at four-weekly intervals.

Technology & active principle
Plasonic is based on modern fractional plasma technology, while Plasma Ultra Vera™ is based on HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) technology and enables precise application of focused ultrasound energy into defined tissue layers of the vaginal canal. Thermal coagulation points are generated at standardised penetration depths of 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm and 4.5 mm, without mechanically injuring the superficial mucosa.
Through controlled temperature development in the target tissue (approx. 60°C), targeted denaturation and contraction of existing collagen fibres occur, along with the activation of physiological wound healing and regeneration processes. Subsequently, collagen neogenesis and elastin regeneration are stimulated, leading to sustainable tissue reorganisation and structural remodelling of the vaginal wall.
The deeper energy delivery at 4.5 mm additionally supports the contraction of muscular tissue and the functional stabilisation of the pelvic floor. The thermal coagulation points are set at regular intervals, ensuring a reproducible treatment with high precision.
